Images will be available to client in a private online gallery. Client has unlimited, but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the images and may print or use them in any way they see fit.

The client shall reimburse Mary for any additional costs she may incur due to travel, meals and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

The session fee must be paid in full on or before the session date. The deposit is not refundable if the client cancels or changes the engagement. If Mary fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be returned to the client.

The client shall assist and cooperate with Mary in obtaining the desired photographs, including, but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at Marys direction; pre-shoot consultations; etc. Mary shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the clients failure to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation.
